Guy Martin

Director

Guy Martin represents the third generation of his family in micronizing and process technology. The original Micronizing Company was founded by his grandfather, David Newton, who invented the Micronizer, and was later led by Guy’s uncle before Guy assumed responsibility for continuing and developing the technology under the Maze Process Solutions brand.

Guy has over 20 years’ experience in dry bulk materials handling and process engineering. His background includes material flow and logistics design, equipment development and manufacturing, cost engineering and estimating, and the engineering, installation, and commissioning of bulk processing systems.

As Director of Maze Process Solutions, he leads the delivery of customised process plants, equipment upgrades, and new installations, combining inherited technical knowledge with a modern, engineering‑led and solution‑focused approach.

Paul Smith has over 15 years experience in the Food, Feed and Edible Oil Industries. He has extensive experience in project concepts and studies, engineering design, manufacturing, project and maintenance management.

He has led a number of global Food and Feed related projects from concept through to realisation, with individual project values in excess of £25 million, ensuring complete stakeholder satisfaction during every step.

He has a keen eye on new product lines and innovative uses of technology that can add value and increase the operability and profitability across numerous industries.

He has extensive management experience across numerous geographies and regions.
